These Terms & Conditions govern your use of silkigrow.com and purchases made through SilkiGrow. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your place of residence. Information supplied during checkout must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Product information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen and may change as products are improved. Product availability, ingredients, sizes, packaging and prices may be updated without notice.
Always read the product label and directions before use. Website content is general information and is not medical advice.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes, shipping and import charges may be added where applicable before you confirm an order. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment-card details.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before dispatch. If that affects an accepted order, we will contact you and offer the choice to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation only acknowledges receipt; a binding order is accepted when the product is dispatched or when we expressly confirm acceptance. We may limit quantities, reject suspected fraudulent orders, or cancel an order if stock is unavailable. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or events beyond our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and for any import charges. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt and follow the instructions supplied by support. Do not send a product to an unapproved address. Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method, subject to our Returns Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

Products are sold for personal, lawful use. You may not purchase for unauthorised resale, export in breach of law, tamper with products, or misrepresent an association with SilkiGrow. We may limit or refuse orders that appear commercial or abusive.

The website, SilkiGrow name, photographs, graphics, product presentation, copy and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. Checkout, payment, delivery and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s service except where applicable law says otherwise.
13. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or a particular cosmetic result. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SilkiGrow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where such a limitation is prohibited.
15. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate SilkiGrow for reasonable losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Consumer rights and applicable law
Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the law that applies to the transaction, and nothing here deprives a consumer of protections or courts available under mandatory local law.
